Marina Coast HomeBeach Club Peru

Marina Coast HomeBeach Club Peru is a project where DSN&A was brought in to assist in evaluating and refining the marina design to function as a safe harbor while optimizing the mix of recreational boats.

This roughly 153 acre (62 hectare)  marina resort complex is located on the Pacific coast in Mancora, which is within the Piura/Tumbes region of Northern Peru, known for its ideal climate as well as world class fishing and surfing.

We have shared our extensive experience and expertise on the design and construction of the entrance channel with its considerable rubble mound breakwaters, the marina, boatyard, various beach areas, and tournament level waterski lagoon, all while seeking to minimize any negative environmental impacts and providing for environmental enhancement wherever possible.

The marina will accommodate roughly 250 single and dual-hull recreational boats ranging in length from 35 feet (10 meters) to 220 feet (75 meters), along with a full service boatyard with a 150 ton mobile lift as well as a launching ramp with capability to haul catamarans with lengths up to at least 75 feet (23 meters).

The fully contained five-star marina resort will be integrated with beaches, a yacht club with spa, pools, restaurants, a marina village shopping area, condominium and individual residences, a conference center overlooking the resort’s water ski lagoon, and even an airstrip.

The project is currently under construction.
